SPORTS MUSCLE THERAPY
Sports muscle therapy is a combination of fast stroke and sustained pressure that radiates deep in the body. This encourages muscle release and lymphatic circulation, which assists in your body’s healing process. Depending on your injuries or stresses, other techniques may be used throughout the session including joint mobilization, compression, and pressure point therapy. Your therapist may also use stretching during the session to further relax the muscles and improve the flexibility of your joints.

Bodywork is recommended at least every three weeks to prevent aches and pains, especially for athletes or individuals who constantly overuse their muscles through daily activities.
